Our commitment to you At CozieCloud we want you to love your purchase. If something isn't right we'll make it right.

You qualify for a refund or replacement if:

  • Item arrived damaged or defective
  • Wrong item was delivered
  • Item never arrived within 30 days

How to request a refund: Email us at hello@coziecloud.co.za or coziecloud.store@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order with:

  • Your order number
  • A photo of the issue

Please note:

  • We do not accept returns for change of mind
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable
