How long does delivery take? All orders are delivered within 12–18 business days. You'll receive a tracking number via email once your order is dispatched.

Do you ship to all areas in South Africa? Yes! We ship nationwide across South Africa including major cities and surrounding areas.

How do I track my order? Once your order is shipped you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can use this to track your delivery online at any time.

What if my item arrives damaged or defective? We're sorry if that happens! Simply email us at hello@coziecloud.co.za within 7 days of receiving your order with your order number and a photo of the issue. We'll sort it out immediately.

Can I return my order? We accept returns for damaged or incorrect items only. Please refer to our Refund Policy for full details.
